He was found with a ping pong bomb, leading to charges of possessing explosives and violating the Emergency Decree. During the investigation, Suwit confessed without legal representation. On 2 November 2021,<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, at the trial, Suwit changed his plea to guilty. The court sentenced him to two years in prison for possession of explosives and an additional six months for violating the Emergency Decree. Since Suwit confessed, the court reduced his sentence to one year and three months without probation.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Suwit was granted bail following the Court of First Instance\u2019s decision. However, on 24 April 2023, when the Appeals Court upheld the one year and three months sentence, the Supreme Court was asked to review the bail request. The Supreme Court eventually denied bail, leading Suwit to consult with his family and decide not to pursue further appeal.
