He was later charged with or violating the Emergency Decree and Articles 215 and216 of the Criminal Code.<\/p>\n<p>After his arrest, he rarely participated in further public demonstrations, until the APEC meeting. Then, he was placed under arrest again unexpectedly after walking through a background checkpoint as part of the security protocol of the APEC meeting on 16 November 2022.
