Everything went well. What remains unchanged is that I am taken out [of prison] to go to court everyday. Today was no different. Going out to go to court means I get to see my family and friends who come to visit, which sustains my spirit of struggle.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Issaranon can no longer remember me.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aware of the hardship and many, many conditions placed on us by the struggle for democracy, I want to thank everyone who raises their hand to help. What is very, very difficult is to know what to do, and then do what can be done, to make it possible for my children to remember me and have a relationship with me.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">From now on, I ask your permission to write letters to my two children. So that one day, once they have grown up enough, they will be able to learn about their father. They will read letters that their father wrote to them while he was in prison. They will learn of my love and longing, and understand why we cannot be together.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">My intention is not to be dramatic in any way. But writing letters to my children for the future is one thing that I can do. And I want my friends, the aunties and uncles who love me and my family, to offer their encouragement to us.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In another 4-5 years, once Issaranon can read, I hope that he will love and be proud of his Daddy.
