Woravej is one of those who refer to themselves as a freelance media worker. He participated in a poll survey asking, “Are you affected by royal motorcades?" in front of the Siam Paragon Department Store. There are eight defendants in this case. After the indictment on 30 May 2022, Woravej was allowed to post bail while being required to wear an EM device, and barred from organizing an activity or committing any act in the same manner as the indicted offence and which may cause damage or impairment to the monarchy.

Part of the indictment notes that, “The question ‘Do you think a royal motorcade may cause a nuisance or not?’ was written on a piece of paper and under it was a table with two columns with headings including “affected” and “not affected.” The paper was widely exposed to the public and passersby were given a green sticker which they could attach to their desired column to express their opinion. This is indicative of an act to call out royal motorcades which is a time-honored tradition to offer security and protection to the King, the Queen, the Heir-Apparent and other royal family members. It also intended to convey the meaning that people have been affected by such royal motorcades.”

Despite being allowed to post bail pending the trial, when Woravej was charged on a personal case and was incarcerated at the Central Special Treatment Center, he decided to withdraw his bail application.เพื่อสิทธิทางกฎหมายในการหักวันต้องขัง
