“Amp” Nawat Liangwatthana, a political activist, surrendered himself according to an arrest warrant for charges under Article 112 and Article 116 related to the #November25Protest at the Siam Commercial Bank Headquarters. However, the Criminal Court denied him bail, and he was detained at Bangkok Remand Prison on 2 July 2023.

The following day (2 July 2023), Nawat turned himself in according to the arrest warrant. His lawyer filed a bail request, but the judge denied bail, citing concerns that Nawat's late arrival might indicate an intention to evade court proceedings. The court feared he might flee if released temporarily. As a result, Nawat was detained at Bangkok Special Prison from that evening. He remained in custody for two days before being granted bail on 4 July 2023.

9 ธ.ค. 2567 ศาลอาญานัดฟังคำพิพากษาศาลอุทธรณ์ในคดีที่แอมป​์ถูกฟ้องข้อหาหลักตามประมวลกฎหมายอาญา มาตรา 112 จากกรณีปราศรัยในการชุมนุม #ม็อบ13กุมภา หรือ #นับ1ถึงล้านคืนอำนาจให้ประชาชน บริเวณอนุสาวรีย์ประชาธิปไตย เมื่อวันที่ 13 ก.พ. 2564  โดยศาลอุทธรณ์พิพากษายืน ลงโทษจำคุก 1 ปี 7 เดือน ไม่รอลงอาญา แต่แก้โทษปรับเหลือ 1,200 บาท และไม่อนุญาตให้ประกันตัว
